My decision to change the food habit for the healthy lifestyle . I was born and brought up in the rural Indian village. I grew up as a vegetarian and have been a vegetarian my entire life. Until I was in India, I used to be physically active. We did not have a car to commute, we were required to walk to the bus stop and take a bus to go anywhere or use a bicycle to commute. Due to good weather, we used to spend most part of the day outdoors whether working or doing some activities. Once I moved to the United States and started working, my days are spent in front of the computer all day, and life has become sedentary. I have started seeing impact on my physical health where experiencing more aches and pain, harder to walk even one to two miles distance. When I had kids, I gained too many extract pounds of weight. Started to feel low energy and no interest in any activities. In 2019, I decided I should do something about how I feel. I did some research on lifestyle management. ...

Quick simple but yummy breakfast for kids : Today Feb 2nd 2021, schools were closed to due to snow day, kids were at home. I decided to take a day off from work to spend time with kids and enjoy the white, cool weather. In the morning ,we were lazy. We woke up very late. By the time kids brushed their teeth, they were hungry. They were ready to eat tasty breakfast. We decided to prepare yummy banana pancake. My second kid helped me to prepare pancake batter. Recipe for pancake batter - I always bring buttermilk pancake mix from form shop. To prepare the batter, first take 1/2 cup milk (usually, I use whole milk) in a mixing bowl, add one raw egg, mix well. To this mix, add the pancake mix and mix well. Make sure no lump form while mixing. Batter should be thick enough to pour to the pan. Now the batter is ready. Other ingredients : Butter, maple syrup, ripened banana, wipe cream, chocolate syrup, multiple sprinkles. Once the batter is ready, keep the mixing bowl aside....
